edit collection step manually

Hello,

with transactioncode FPM3 there's a way to edit the dunning level manually in case you're working with the old dunningprocedures and dunninglevels. When you set up collection management using strategies, that's not possible anymore.

Is there another way to edit the collection step manually when using collection management?

kind regards,

Pieter

That is not a supported function with collections management.

Hello,

then this is a feature that is lost when using collection management in stead of the previous way for dunning? There's no new way forseen to edit the dunning proposal or collection step?

kind regards,

Pieter

I suppose you could look at it that way - or is your use case really valid when using collections management?  Why would you edit the step? what would you want to happen?

Hi Bill,

when a client doesn't meet the criteria to go to the next phase automatically at the moment he ends his contract, we want to push him manually through to the next phases, because some criteria (like open amount) will not change anymore after ending the contract. Up till now this is done with FPM3.

We probably can work out some other procedures, but were wondering if a standard way like FPM3 still exists.

kind regards,

Pieter

This would be handled by implementing rules within BRF, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

Hi SAP,
Is there added any functionality for this so it is possible to edit the collection step manually when using Collection Strategy? Or could it be more detailed described how the idea is to solve this through BRF+?

Best regards
