Hello,

We are upgrading Gateway server from NW7.02 to NW7.31. In execution phase we are getting below error.

I have updated latest kernal and instance directory and also SUM directory.

Hello,

Actually shadow system instance is not there in SAP MMC, in excution phase it was removed and also its switched to main instance. Any way i tried to start Shadow system but disp+work is going down.

From the SUM tool screenshot it shows the upgrade is still running.

Connect to the SAP shadow system and activate the table BUT000 manually in Tx SE11

Once done repeat the phase.

could you please excute SUBST_START_BATCHJOB and check the log in sm21 ,please also check RFC log.an dpaste the error found if any.
