Value of Release Value at item level is wrong calculated.

Hello gurus;

I need your advise on how does the field VAL_PO_E is updated.

I have a contract with a couple of purchase order created against it, for the position 2. both POs have a total of  224,000 USD , but the RELEASE VALUE at item level is 240,000 USD.

at header level the release value is OK, but at item level not.

how can I correct this behavior?
