Hi Experts,

I am facing the issue the issue with the HTML tags. The HTML tags are being maintained in the ECC system workflow for the UWL description. The UWL description are shown below the UWL iview. The description is shown but the html tags features such as making bold, italic, alignments of the bullets etc are not working as expected.

I need the urgent help on this.

Please suggest me for this solution.

We are presently on SAP Portal 7.02 with support package 08.

We had raised the OSS message and it is confirmed from the SAP that

SAP portal do not get the HTML from the R3/ECC system, It  only take the raw textin the

UWL rendering, therefore there is no way for us to format it

when it comes from the R/3 backend.

Also for security reasons, (like embedded javascript) Portal cannot display

unless it is encoded, which means that even if we did get the html,

the display would show the html tags.
