Deleting user id's mapped to selection profiles in MC77 of SAP APO

Hi,

We usually map selection id's to User Names using MC77 Transaction. This Mapping Of Selection id's to User names is used for quick navaigation in planning book.

But When we delete the user id [When it is Obselete] in SAP, The Selction id mapping exists without getting deleted.

This has created a huge list of selection profiles mapped to obselete user id's.

Please let me know if there is a way to delete the user id's [Not the Selection id's] from the system.

Hi Naveen

When u delete the user ID frm SAP System  Selection ID's assigned to the user will not be deleted.

If u need to delete them u can delete them manually from MC77 or develop a custom program to do so
