Hi All,
We have lakhs of messages in "to be delivered" status.... i manually canceled them from RWB... now i want to delete them are they are lakhs in number...ny standard job/report to delete them.....
Also for new triggered record..it is going in NDLV status.... with error...

what this error means?

Hello Rashmi,
You need to configure the standard delete jobs to remove these messages from the system. See note #872388 Troubleshooting Archiving and Deletion in PI, for details. Perhaps these jobs are already configured in your system? If yes, then as these messages now have a final status i.e. manually cancelled, they should be picked up in the next run of the delete jobs.

500 means: The server is accessable, but the requested service could not be executed, may be not existing. Actually this error code does not provide anything more then something went wrong at the server.
