Hi SAP experts,
I would like to know what transaction type should we use for contract creation? The old transaction type SLFV is not anymore present in 7.1.
Thank you for your help.
regards,
Grace
Hello Grace,
Did you mean service contract for SLA ?
If yes check https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000789962012E page 36.

Hello Leandro,
No. We decided not to use service contracts instead.
Here is the feedback from SAP:
The contract is still supported but not shipped by Solution
Manager.
There used to be a service contract which was added with a BC
Set but that is no longer supported.
You could customize your own Service contract and use it for SLA
definitions.
For this purpose we still include the contract in the access
sequence of the SLA Determination. But the contract itself must be setupby the end user.
Below is the response from the EGI facilitator:
. In 7.1 we do not deal with specific contract
assignment as the contract (Service and Response Profile) is directly pulled
out of the Service Product Investigation.
Thanks!
regards,
Grace
