Hi,

there are couple of users who facing this issue;

whenever they try to upload documents, its throwing them GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED dump.

Even the dump says to search marketplace else raise an OSS for the same.

Have any one come across such an issue, if yes, what was the solution, could it be due to SAP GUI patch level, that these 2 users are facing such kind?

Thanks,

Aditya V

Hi,

GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED error usually occurs , whenever you try to access a field-symbol before it is assigned to any variable or data type. Also, it is not mentioned, what kind of documents you are uploading on the server.

But,one way out is to put a breakpoint at the location where the dump is occuring and check the valuses in the debug to find out where actually lies the problem.

hi Aditya,

thanks for the dump details. It seems that there is a special function used which was created by CENIT. So maybe the best would be to discuss this with your CENIT contact person first.

Best regards,

Hi CH,

Just one doubt persists in my mind, that why is it happening for 2 users only.

Need to check more.

thanks for the reply.

Dear  Aditya,

In case this is happening to special users only , I would suggest you to have look at the user profiles.

Hi Aditya,

could you please add the whole dump information to this thread because only the title does not provide enough information.

Best regards,
