Hi,

While running of FMCT transaction code I am getting following error.

I have already assigned commitement item in FMCN transaction code.

Do you use New G/L with document splitting? What SAP release do you have?

EHP6? Hmmm... Well, you could try implementing note 1466691: it could solve your issue. If not, then I'd open OSS message.
