billing header text expansion

plz help

We need a additional space in HEADER TEXT , "LC TEXT" typing text in our current invoice format, need minimum 2000 characters we need or we need space to enter minimum 6lines because,we need to capture all LC text in invoice as per bank policy otherwise payment will not come

Did you checked it in text editormode. SAP allow to type long text in text editor mode. There is no extra setting require.

Go to VF02 header - text. Click  detail button and type text in text editor. You can also upload texts from external file.

Please let me know if you have some thing different issue.

Hi,

are you talking about  Invoice Print out or Billing document (VF02) ?

If it is Print out, you have to check with your developer to increase the size of the Text window to accommodate the text beyond 2000 characters

If it is in Billing document, i believe you can input 2000 characters of text

what to tell the abaper in case of more than 2000 characters in terms of func specs and subsequent it also show this change in output also

Hi,

Ask him to  increase the window size for printing the text

he could able to increase the window,
