Dear Guru,
I have created few master data like material, location, resource,BOM (not a phantom one) ,Master recipe. I am able to cif all master to APO except master recipe.
All masters are are appearing in APO. I tried with both as PPM and PDS to cif, but i can not see it in APO.
I checked the Master recipe in ECC and itis showing no error. During CIF also there is no error appearing in both ECC(CFG1) and APO(SLG1), CQ monitor.
My Master recipe (MR) contains one operation and one phase.
I have done some general check:
1.Active integration model for product, location ,and Bom,recipe - all IM are active.
2.Validity of Recipe - up to year 2099
3.Machine time is maintained in recipe.
4. Control key in resource contains scheduling.
5.I have used only machine capacity i.e.008.
6.capacity formula and scheduling formula are both same.
7.BOM is active.
Note: My resource is a single mixed resource.
Guys, i am creating the Master recipe for the 1st time. Basically do not have enough idea on process industry.
Is there any configuration setting exist for PPM/PDS in APO or ECC system. which is missing in my case.
What are the other reason which can be in this case.
Thanx & regards
Kishor
Hi Kishor,
I believe that the machine time should be maintained in H, in order to be visible in APO. I have experienced that if we maintain std value keys in min, it doesn't give results.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
thansk and regards,
Shweta

Try SAP006 on the Capacity Tab in "Processing formula" and SAP002 on the Scheduling tab in "Processing formula". The machine time should be in the second standard value in the routing.
Make sure you have created a production version in the MRP4 view of the material master or with TA C223. Regenerate your IM and re-transfer.
Thanks

Hi Kishore,
Pl check the resource consumption, if the consumption is less than 0.1 than the recipe will not be transferred to APO as PPM/PDS.

Hi Kishor,
Let's try the basics.
Try standard value key SAP1.
Do you have any other filters in your CIF IM?
Best Regards,
Mike
Hi Kishor,
Check that your control keys have both scheduling and capacity requirements checked. What are your scheduling and capacity formulas? Check your resource formulas with the built-in calculator.
How is your integration model set up for the PDS?

Hi Mike,
1. The control key contains both scheduling and capacity requirement,
2. The scheduling and capacity formula are the SAP standard formula ( SAP002 = Machine * Operation quantity / Base
Machine time = 100min
Operation qnty = 1EA
Base qnty = 1EA
3. Resource capacity formula is same as scheduling. It is maintained as other formula in both case.
4. PDS integration model contains product, location as filter.
Please suggest in case any other issue is there.
regards
Kishor
