Business Rule Framework plus Error

Hi Gurus.

Please help us understand and resolve the following issues. We are in the midst of Implementing GRC 10 suite but the following error has stopped our progress. We tried different solutions but no solution so for. We would be thankful if this issue is solved.

A function must have a top expression as this is the logic that is executed to determine outcome. You cannot generate the function until you complete this step

If you used the IMG configuration to generate your BRFplus rule you could have selected the both for header of the BRF+. This would have created an Decision Table expression for you and tied it to you Function as the Top Expression

To fix your issue

1. Create your Expression - e.g. Decision Table and maintain/save/activate it
2. Come back to your Function - I think properties tab and edit it to maintain the Top Expression. In this area you link the expression you created
3. Activate the Function (and also attempt to simulate it)
4. Activate the Application

If not, delete it and go back to the IMG to attempt to create it again (if you have GRC300 training guide it takes you through all the steps you need to configure BRF+)
