Is there any way to open a new email message when clicking on a row in a table? Instead of a popup coming up, I would like outlook to open a new message window and populate the email address (which is a field in the table). Is this possible??

you can use a button with a system action called hyperlink. Then you enter a link like:
mailto:sarah.lex@yourdomain.de
