TREX_Search Not working

Hi All,

We are facing one challenge regarding trex.

1. We installed stand alone trex in a separate windows box

2. Configured RFC to QTY server

3. In Qty server, we build index for many business objects

Now:

When we try to search the material in MM03 tcode (MM03 - > F4), were able to find extra two nodes

Quick search for material using search Engine

Advanced search for material using search Engine

How ever in case of vendor finding in Tcode: XK03 -> F4, we are not finding these nodes. But if we go to tab 'Vendors by class' and use F4 there we are getting the above nodes. How to get these node in the XK03 -> F4 directly.

Also in SES_ADMIN -> When we rebuild index, for some business objects background job immediately finishing [success] but message '0 objects were indexed'.

Any one have idea, kindly through some light.

Hi Sriram,

I checked given sap note and already activated all business objects [Full Index Mode]. For example: KNA1, LFA1, BUS3007 etc..these tables were completed with status 3 [completed].

But i was unable to find 2 nodes in F4 in KNA1 and LFA1.

Kindly suggest for any idea.

I thing second node you may require to create the custom object of  KNA1 & LFA1

Problem has been solved.

Solution : We created custom objects for searching.
