Partial Confirmation of Transfer Order

Whenever I confirm Transfer Order with Partial Quantity, the difference quantity gets posted to Storage Type 999.

I want the difference to remain in the Original Storage Type and Storage Bin without being moved to difference Storage Type....

Is this achievable?

are you really doing only partial confirmation, or do you mean you confirm with difference?

Have a look at your difference indicator in the TO. Usually an empty difference indicator is setup to post to difference storage type, if you want leave the difference in the storage bin, then you have to enter another difference indicator probably 2.

Hi Ravi,

Maintain the required storage type in the below path for TO confirmation with differences.

IMG-> LE-> WM-> Activities-> Confirmation, then select difference indicator and enter the storage type against the difference indicator used during TO confirmation. If you tick the check box 'source bin' then the stock will be posted to the  bin mentioned in the TO or you can maintain your own bin in 'difference' bin field.

Please go to Storage Type Definition

i.e storage type settings --> Then Under Stock Removal Control

Check -->RETURN STOCK TO SAME STORAE BIN ,This will meet your requirement.
