SO Attachment - Lock Delete Function

Once parameter SD_SWU_ACTIVE was added, users are able to attach / view / delete / change the attachment under VA02.

Can basis administrator set the authorization that some users are unable to delete attachment, only can create & view the attachment under VA02?Please kindly advise. Thanks!

Hi Jessica,

we faced the same problem in finance, when the users were able to delete the link to a document stored on our archive-server.

We adjusted object S_WFAR_OBJ by deleting activity 06 and 70.

Nevertheless the user will still be able to delete the notes / documents he / she uploaded him- / herself in va02, but NOT the documents that were attached by others.
