Hi all,

When i tried to create a quotation without Items and save the Order it is saved with header data only. Can I block the quotation from saving without items?

Hi,

Quotation can be saved without items. You can set an incompletion procedure with order quantity & net value as mandatory inputs. Set warning for both fields via incompletion procedure. This way you can be sure, a material is entered by the user.

Further the functionality of text items is available wherein user can enter just description without material id.

Set incompletion procedure for one of the item data, for example plant or may be Item category. this will prevent to save quotation without Item info.
