Service message are not displayed in CRM UI

Hi All,

When i create service message from solman/satellite system through help --> create support message, im able to see the service message in CRM_DNO_MONITOR but not in CRM UI.

Please suggest me on how to push the service message to Solman CRM UI.

I guess you are using SLFN transaction type?

Hi Artem,

Sorry for the late reply, our solman was down due to unknown reason.

Anyways, when i create incident from CRM UI it prompt me to select SMIN transaction type,

but why it is taking SLFN transaction type when i create incident from managed system.

Please suggest how to correct this issue.

Check transaction dno_cust04 - what do you have under PROCESS_TYPE and PROCESS_TYPE_ADD?

If SLFN (ZLFN) - replace it with ZMIN.

PROCESS_TYPE and PROCESS_TYPE_ADD are already ZMIN.

Hi.

Check if your user has authorizations for ZMIN transaction type?
