Hi,
We are facing this issue. This is regarding the Offline approval. For one particular user alone the "APPROVE BY EMAIL" link doesn't works.
For all other user the approve by email link works. If this particular user alone clicks the link it is coming a blank page. He is not able to approve it offline.
Is ther any role or authorization needed to be added for this user? We tried all possibilities and we could it find it.
Kindly suggest us any idea regarding this issue..
With Regards,
Priya.
Hello Priya,
Check the IE settings of the user. check: 1. Local intranet site 2. Trusted site and 3. Restricted site settings of the user. If possible compare this with other user settings.
check if your is using other browser??
Thanks.
Regards,
Abhishek Kumar

This could be issue with maintaining host ID in the users PC. (start -> Run -> drivers -> etc -> open the host file in notepad and check).

you can check the authorization by first approving it manually, else you can ask your basis to enable authorization trace for that user
