Production order planned cost(Material) not coming in to PS Report

Dear Experts,

We have created production order against WBS element for X material through MRP here we are getting problem like planned cost for the production order is not coming properly in PS

Example:

Planned cost in production order is 1000

Raw material R1 - 700

Labour cost  - 300

But in PS report (s_alr_87013532) is only coming Labour cost 300 and Raw Material cost 700 is not coming.

Please provide your experts suggestion on the same.

If you checked opsv setting found ok as suggested, then check material master so that material is valuated or non valuated,

it's statndard/moving price have 0 value or some figure check with your MM Consultant?

check whether the material cost element are assigned in the value categories txn opi2.

Yes, Cost element is assigned in the value categories the main problem is actual cost is coming correctly only the planned cost of the production order is not coming correctly only labour cost is coming not material cost in to the PS reports

check txn opsv settings against cat 10,40. Addit indicator should be checked if you want see production/process related plan values in projects.

Dear Naga,

In addition to what NAG A C had mentioned, Have you checked the 'Plan Cost Calc.' dropdown value maintained for the Network Type in concern (for Network Profile)?. i.e., Plz check if  '2 Determine Plan costs' is selected for relevant Network Type in concern.

I did the settings what you mentioned but still planed cost is not coming in to Report.
