Upgrade history

I'd like to find out our SAP upgrade history.

Such as packages, patches, and oss notes.

Does SAP provide this kind of report for audit and trace.

By the way, I only owned the sa38 for auditor authority.

I found several records in table AVERS and PAT03 in our SAP, but saw nothing in table UVERS.

Does it unusal?

did you have check the SPAM history ?  or try to set a trace on this transaction ?

I try to use sm20 to search the SPAM record.

But I can only see who did the transaction without the detail record.

It's a great method to realize when Basis did the transaction.
