What is cycle ID and SIT ID Concept during implementation?

What is cycle ID and SID concept during implemenation? who creates those ID ? and for what purpose ?

Hi,

I am not sure on Cycle ID

SIT ID is system integration Test  ID and is useful during the Testing Phase of project

it  is test script ID
