Error in customer hierarchy assignment

Hi All,

I have a problem in ECC6.0

I am trying to assign the node to the higher level customer node i am getting the message as below:

Node (XXXXXX-customer number) (sales area) can not be allocated so it has not been selected
Message No : VC092.

Checked that the customer is created in the sales area. Is there any setup missing?
