Hi ,
I am unable to login IDT using the non enterprise account . I am able to login IDT using enterprise account .
Is there any additional configuration needs to be done to login IDT using non enterprise account ? Please suggest.
Thanks & Regards
Venkat
Hi Venkat,
Non Enterprise account means what exactly...? Which authentication are you using to login IDT..?
If you are using an authentication other than "Enterprise", well that needs a separate setup based on the model.
If you are a Windows AD user then WIN Active Directory should be configured to access BO tools, by this we can do SSO also, reach your Windows team and BO admin team to get this done.
Or else you are trying to login with an an SAP account by using sap authentication, this again needs SAP Basis and BO admin involvement to pull sap users into BO.
Single sign on can be possible in the above 2 methods.
LDAP is for Non Windows users.
Make sure which authentication you are using to access IDT and plan accordingly to setup that.
Thanks,
Raju

Hi Venkat,
If you are using Windows AD other than Enterprise and facing issue with windows AD login even though you have windows AD configured, then it could be a problem with format of username entered for Windows AD.
You should enter username in format myuser@domain.com
Otherwise you should be able to login with username in normal format to LDAP and other authentications
Thanks

Can you elaborate which authentication you are trying to use? What error message when you try to login?
You need to ask your Admin, are you setup as non enterprise user?
