User Exits for Serial Number - Asset Number (ANLNR)

Hi,

I want to update the serial number (IQ03) Account Assignment tab ( Main Asset Number and Company Code fields) while creating Delivery Tcode VL01N. I could not find any user Exit. Is there any user exit to update the serial number fields or any customization..
