Hello All,

Where I can change the validity for a sales schedule agreement created in VA31?

How can I delete a sales schedule agreement that I can display in VA35?

Thanks Karuna. When I go to VA32 this highlighted in yellow next to Orders on the screenshot isn't showing on my end. Also how I can delete the schedule agreement?

Hi Leo

It is not advisable to delete any orders in SAP.Better to keep reason for rejection. Just click on item and see the status bar, you can able keep the reason for rejection. I am not able to recollect the exact screen as i am not infront of SAP.

Also check this note if you have any issues with reason for rejection in scheduling agreement.

Hi Leo,

The highlighted icon  'reject document'  assigns completed status to the document and you can still check the same as required. I don't think you can completely delete a document from the system. Check with your basis consultant.

Hi,

Change validity on the sales overview/item overview tabs in VA32.

Go to reason for rejection tab & assign reasons for rejection for each item, status of the item will be completed with rejections. Similarly, you can assign reason for rejection by selecting the highlighted icon as shown below.
