POD WORK_CENTER contains no data

Hi,

I have a site where SFC are already in work. I can see them in integrated POD.

When I select within POD WORK_CENTER the corresponding work center, the WORKLIST does not show the data.

I assume, I have a configuration error ...

Anybody any idea?

Hi Monika,

I was looking for the same thing and Sergiy's suggestion helped us to get right information in workcenter POD..

Some small observations and sudgessions

1. If you enter only user in POD then only SFC which are assigned by supervisor to that user will be visible
2. If you use only workcenter then SFC released for that workcenter will be visible..
3. So if you want both to work then Supervisor have to 1st assign some SFC to user..
4. Also I would suggest in list maintenance add the workcenter field to the list.

Hi,

I would suggest first trying the same as in this thread:

- assign WC in operations;

- assign WC in routing steps (or recreate a routing after assigning WC at operation level);

- assign your user to the WC;

- check that releasing SFC is allowed for this WC;

- specify the WC as a planned WC of the Shop Order;

- then release to SFC and try them in POD.

And "Assignment Enforcement" setting of Work Center might also take part here.
