Not getting picked quantity at returns delivery level

Hi All,

While creating return delivery I am not getting Picked quantity due to which accounting documents at delivery level are not getting generated.

Please help.

Hi,

   For Returns Delivery you will not have Picking Option as you are picking the Goods from the Customer Storage Location not form the Company Plant --storage Location.

Hi

Check config part of schedule lines,by using the t-code VOV6,and confirm the scheduling agreement is available for that,if not,go to VL01N then in picking tab you give the picking qty manually,and save.
