No Createion Entries in the Planning File when converting SNP Plan Orders into PP/DS Plan Orders or when converting Planned Orders into Manufactoring Orders

Hello all,

we are using PP Planning Procedure 3 (Cover dependent requirements immediately) with CTP. I changed the standard and added the

event               create a planned order in PP/DS

action              create planning file entries

reuse mode      Use suitable receipt elements

ShedSttus        Scheduled

BOP                No flag

Fixed Pegging  No

When I create a PP/DS Plan Order manually, a Entry in the Planning File is created. So everything is fine so far.

But when I convert a SNP Plan Order into a PP/DS Plan Order or when converting Planned Orders into Manufactoring Orders, no Entry is created in the Planning File.

So does anybody know how to do the customizing so that converting SNP Plan Orders into PP/DS Plan Orders or converting Planned Orders into Manufactoring Orders causes an entry in the Planning File?

Or is it impossible to cause this reaction?

Hi Eva,

Not sure using which heuristics you are converting SNP orders into PPDS orders, If you are using SAP_SNP_MULT ., please check  whether check box for the create planning file entry for component is checked ?
