users inactive for 25 days are to be inactivated.
A system email to be sent when user is 20 days inactive (from last login date) to remind user to login.
Login link to be provided in reminder email

Which Version of Sourcing you are working on?.If sourcing 9 , you can write a schedule script which shall run every week or according to your requirement and query the inactive users from last 25 days and then reminder mails can be sent.

Agreed that we have solution in V9.0. Will you please help us with a possible solution in V7.0?
We have concept like Agreement renewal reminders on the Calendar Event, but we don't know how it is configured in v7.0 system.
