How to download complete Configuration of a material

Hi all,

I am having a Configurable material with complex configuration and 4 profiles where in it has nearly 140 tables 1000 characteristic and 5 dependency nets and 800 dependencies and increasing day by day,its getting difficult for me to check what needs update when a change is required, problem is i want a complete copy of the configuration, can anybody tell me how to download full configuration pertaining to that material and profile, although we have made ABAP development to download table, dependencies profiles, BOM, all at once but it worked for few days initially in the beginning of the project after that its not working. if their is any other way please help

With the PLM Product Data Replication it is possible to transfer a VC model (including all the

attached objects) to another system.
