Three credit limits for single customer

Hi All,

We have a requirement to maintain three credit limits for a single customer.Kindly advise if any possibility of maintaining the same using SAP SD std solution.

Hi,

you can maintian credit limit three position level for a customer :

1. Quotation Order level (VA21)

2. Sales Order level (VA01)

3. Delivery level (VL01N)

Hello Nataraju,

There is no possibilities to mentain three credit limits for a single customer within the same credit control area.

Its only possible through 3 diffrent Cr.control Areas as per the the business process is concern.

E.g. Customer ABC is dealing with your company in kind of FOOD, FMCG and TOBAKO.

So you have to mentain three Cr.Con Area for this three process and assign with the customer.

Hi Nataraju,

I suggest to have different credit limits based on credit control area. In the status data tab of FD32 you can assign the individual credit limit for each credit control area. This way you can have a single payer customer with multiple credit limits based on credit control area.

Dear Nataraju,

If you want to carry out your own individual credit checks, that differ from those in the standard system, you can define them in the following user exits:

• LVKMPTZZ
• LVKMPFZ1: USER_CREDIT_CHECK1
• LVKMPFZ2: USER_CREDIT_CHECK2
• LVKMPFZ3: USER_CREDIT_CHECK3

In FB32 you can maintain different credit limit based on different Credit Control Area.
