Managed Sytem Configuration Error

Hi Friends

We are doing Managed system Configuration.SAP SOLUTION MANAGER7.1 SP4.we got struck with step 8 Configure Automaticaally. We got struck with

Introscope Host adapter and Generate System-level Metrics.

While executing  the Introscope Host adpater. giving the following error below

SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT")

Please find the attached error images.Please give your  inputs.we got struck with this.

Please implement note 1833976 and rerun the managed system configuration steps.

Hi Pankaj,

Please refer to SAP Note 1860293, it worked for me. And also increase the timeout setting in your profile, it will make sure you will not meet timeout issue with some steps need a lot of time to compile.

Thanks for your reply.. I had checked the Note.. My solman is 7.1sp4.. In note mentioned Environment 7.1SP06 TO SP08.

First check status of Introscope Enterprise Manager. Also check Note 1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup.

Hi Roman

Thanks for your support... I had checked and the EM  status showing online.but  Introscope adapter throwing error. same ICM_HITTP TIME OUT ERROR.

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=??,PROCTIMEOUT=???
