Does MRP configuration for dependent requirement have progressive date splitting?

Hi SAP experts

I have the following case and I wanted to see if there is indeed an SAP solution for it.

I procure externally a material 'X' which has the following restrictions:

- Procured Externally

- Lot for lot

- Max Lot size: 160 pces

- Min Lot Size: 40 pces

- Supplier can only deliver 160 pces PER WEEK *****

Material 'X' is part of parent material 'Y' and the relationship is (1:1 pce)... I add Planned Independent Requirements for material 'Y' in MD61 for 1000 pces for December 12th and whenever I run the MRP for material 'Y ' I will get the following planning for it.

Dec. 12 Ind. Requirement - 1000 pces

Dec. 12 Planned Order - 1000 pces

For material 'X'  will get the following planning:

Dec. 5 Dep. Req - 1000 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 40 pces

This Planning is NOT TRUE, because this requirements need to be progressive in time because supplier can only supply 160 pces PER WEEK.

So the Planning I REQUIRE :

Dec. 5 Dep. Req - 1000 pces

Dec. 5 Plnd Ord - 40 pces

Nov. 28 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Nov. 21 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Nov.14  Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Nov  7 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Oct  31 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Oct. 24 Plnd Ord - 160 pces

Do you know how to configure MRP or what do I need to do to get this?

I've found the answer...

You need to mantain in Lot-Size Procedure (Backward Overlapping ) and then mantain 5 days in Takt time for the material.

Hi Marcelo,

                        In my opinion best way to manage this requirement is to split the forecast in daily lots and then perform MRP run.
