Test Configuration Error---Internal Error Null

Hi Experts

I am configuring the Standard Proxy-Proxy Interface for SRM to ECC Integration. I had configured the interface and when trying to check the configuration in Test Configuration, its through error as Internal Error Null at Receiver Determination. I had tried will different scenario, but its the same error. I had processed the message from SRM to PI and checked it failed in MONI saying no Receiver Determination Found. But i had configured it correctly.

Please let me know if anybody else had faced the same issue or if someone can help me in identifying the issue.

Hi,

Check the Cache Status is green ..check in SXI_CACHE receiver determination object exists over there...

Also check the trace for more details on error info...

Seems configuration looks ok..

After Refreshing the Cache messages are getting processed.

Hi,

i could see there is no operation mapping mentioned in the interface determination.

just edit interface determination and select the required operation mapping.

once it is done activate it.

click on interface determination and test configuration first.

if possible select edit the receiver determination also by deleting receiver and selecting again. activate the same.

is your business system BS_ECC_DEV present in SLD?

Check your configuration , or activate them once again by making some changes. Also get the cache refreshed.

Hi Rajesh,

I suppose that you are not using the integrated configuration object. You must fill the sender and receiver fields in the test configuration utility.

                Are you using any condition to determine the receiver?

If you define a condition depending on the contents of a message, it can happen that the current inbound message does not contain the application data required to determine a particular receiver.

Please check the message content and test again.

if you are using any condition for determining receiver check that also.
