cannot find com_sap_tc_ui_ria_fcp* plgin

Hi

We just implemented SP10 for BPC NW 10 and when I access the admin client via Internet Explorer I get none of the windows displayed. Access the admin web client through Chrome delivers the following error:

cannot find com_sap_tc_ui_ria_fcp* plgin

The window for LAUNCH, where launching links for EXCEL/WORD and Administration usually are, is blank.

Both IE and Chrome worked under SP8. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EPM client to see if it helped, but do anyone have an idea what I am missing.

Any help would be appreciated.

How was this problem solved? I am having same issue. Tried installing microsoft_WSE_3.0_runtime

* I tried IE10 - it gets to screen - Initializing application.... and is stuck there. Tried InPrivate browsing option too same result.

* installed Mozilla (39.0) version, same result, stuck at Initializing application....

* tried Chrome (Version 43.0.2357.132 m)- this one gets me a little farther but then gives cannot find com_sap_tc_ui_ria_fcp* plgin error.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

and provide more info, like BPC version etc.

Hi

This will be happen because of browser dependency. If your using chrome or IE better to download latest version of Mozilla .

After installing Mozilla this problem resolved.

This is a Client machine issue related to Browser,

Try following activities :

1. Open IE in "InPrivate" browsing , you will not face this issue.

2. Try downloading the EPM add-in for Mozilla firefox , Download mozilla firefox as well. Use Mozilla firefox for BPC Web and Admin related activities.
