Sync SMSY + Lmdb : no product find in SMSY but exist in lmdb

Hello Community,

I have an issue in the transaction SMSY.

I need to create a logical system.

But I don't find the product system SAP Netweaver 7.4 in the

transaction SMSY. When I go to LMDB, I can see the product.

My system managed is an SAP PI 7.4

Could you help me please?

I need to create this logical system 7.4 to finish the managed system of PI.

Hi,

Thanks to the other posts, I found the solution:

• Start the report RS_SMSY_PPMS_XML_UP_DOWNLOAD (SE38)
• Upload = X
• Open Note Note 1603103 - SMSY: NetWeaver 7.3 upgrade and download the correct zip file (for netweaver 7.4 use : SAP_NETWEAVER_74.zip - there are many others like BO4.1, MII,...
• Upload XML File
• --> restart SMSY

Hello Peter,

I'm currently trying to patch our PPM 6.0 system where Netweaver 7.4 is the only product available in the system settings of LMDB. However, when opening MOPZ, Netweaver 7.4 is not available as product version in our Solman 7.1 SP7.

I've uploaded the Netweaver 7.4 XML of note 1603103 and EhP3 CRM (based on NW 7.4)from note 1935993, however, the product version still doesn't appear in the MOPZ.

Any idea?

HI, I solved the issue in SMSY with  note 1603103 and program RS_SMSY_PPMS_XML_UP_DOWNLOAD, however the new product version does not appear in LMDB.

There is a job SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_LDB_* that is running and a executed the program manually, and it didn´t work.

I am trying to add the product version SAP NETWEAVER 7.4.

Any ideas?

I have a simular issue and need the Logical Component to be able to use MOpz.

The Product Version of the Product System is:

EHP1 FOR SAP EM 7.0 ( add-on ) 

ADAPTERS FOR SAP NW PI 1.1 ( add-on ) 

SAP NW LANDSC VIRT MGT STD 1.0 ( add-on ) 

PI SFTP PGP ADDON 1.0 ( add-on ) 

SAP NETWEAVER 7.4

From the Product Version og the Netweaver 7.4 there is a link to MOpz, but it doesn't forward the system name acording to MOpz.

Hope that someone could tell us how to, because I don't find any hint anywhere 🙂

Else one of us needs to create a Costumer message to SAP.

I have solved the issue of the logical component for SAP Netweaver 7.4

I have run a report with the transaction SE38 and integrated a ppms Xml file containing the product system for SMSY ... I will give you the report because I have not my computer...

After that I can use the Mopz...

Hi Anderson,

Please involve SAP as i think it requires certain changes to PPMS or may be a solution manager stack upgrade.

Hi Eric,

All data in LMDB is automatically forwarded to SMSY by this notification job "
SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_LDB_*" ,Check if this job is running in SOLMAN or not and also ensure you are with latest CR content.
