Hi

This is possible easily through standard but there will be some important points which you have to consider.

  • Customer will be a key field in maintaining condition record. No condition record can b maintained in material table.
  • For those customer in which this condition will get price from condition record, user has still access to change this value as this will be in editable mode.

I would suggest you to use two condition types. One for manual and one for automatic. Use condition exclusion functioanlity and give priority to manual condition. If user enters manual condition with condition category B system will automatically deactivate pre determined condition with condition category B as there can be only one active condition with condition category B i.e Pricing and this is standard behavior.

Hi,

In Sales order pricing procedure condition type "PR00" you can use both mandatory & manual. For mandatory option you should must maintain condition by VK11 and with access sequence by sold to party.

because without access sequence condition is not work by VK11. In SPRO pricing procedure condition type maintain below configuration.

SPRO => Sales & Distribution => Sales => Sales Documents=>value Contract =>Define & Assign Pricing Procedure for value contract => Maintain pricing procedure.

Statistic, Mandatory & Required option shuold be blank

"PR00" condition type maintain for some parties by sold to party using T-Code: VK11, during these parties sales order “PR00” automatic comes in Sales order pricing condition. Others parties sales order you need to add “PR00” condition by manually.

I think it would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi,

In the condition type definition V/06 , maintain the Manual changes field as C which will give priority to only Manual entries, if manual entries are not entered, then system will search for Condition record

when we creat contrat for customer number "120000" , PR00 should be use as manual  but

So when you are trying to create the order with the customer 120000, then Enter Manual condition record while processing the sales order

When the same materail , sales sales orgination are use for other cusotmer , said "123233" it

Maintain the condition record for the combination of customer , then system will automatically pick the condition record , you should ensure that no manual condition value should be entered  in this case

you have to educate the users while processing the sales order for particular customers which orders should be manually entered with conditions and for which it should be automatically generate

Hi Sandeep,

Yes, you can try in this way.

1. Go to your condition type (V/06) and make it "Manual entries" - No Limitations.

2. Keep customer as one of the key combinations

3. In V/08 make this condition type as mandatory condition type so that user will never forget to have this condition type in order.

Hi Sandeep,

As per my knowledge it is not possible to use one condition type in both the ways. The best sloution is include one manual condition type "ZPR0" below PR00. So when ever you enter value for ZPR0 then PR00 will be deactivated as it is standard rule in sap.
