You can trigger delivery IDoc for a delivery or a shipment IDoc for a shipment. These are different IDocs (types are already given above). One delivery IDoc can't contain information about more than one delivery. Triggering delivery IDocs for all the deliveries in a shipment by shipment output can only be achieved by a custom output program.
