MaxDB does not start after Backup Restoration

Hi All,

I have installed Content server 6.40 with MAXDB - 7.6 version and i have done backup / Restore (source system to Target system).

After completion of restore, we are not able to switch the db Admin state to Online state.

When i try to switch it shows below error message.

" -24988 SQL error [info STATE -f]; -9407, System error : Unexpected error "

I took the Backup via Wizard , backup was successful. i took backup from content server which is installed on windows 2003 server and i restoring it to windows 2008 server..

Looking forward for your suggestions

For your activity you need to refer to SAP Note 962019 - System Copy of SAP MaxDB Content Server Database
