Hi,
Done a search on here and found the following:
http://scn.sap.com/thread/1924199
This says that it is not possible to direct the split payloads of a multimessage through an inbound proxy.
Can I just get it confirmed that this is indeed correct i.e. the output from a message split can only go through certain types of adapter (i.e. FILE and not XI).
Cheers,
PaulC.
Hello Paul,
It is correct, unless the adapter is Java based then message-split without BPM is not possible. I have not tried it but you could try using SOAP Adapter with XI protocol (PI 7.1 and above )

Hope this helps,
Mark

Hi Paul,
Message split is possible only with adapter engine adapters. But not with integration engine error adapters. So it don't work on idoc, xi and HTTP adapters.
If you want to send the Data to ECC, then you can use soap adapter XI 3.0 works in the very same way as XI adapter.
Hope it will helpful...
