SAP HANA for Basis Administrator

Hi Experts,

I am a Certified Basis Consultant having experience of 7 years including  Implementation, Upgrades, Unicode and Migration (with DB size of more than 8TB). I am also certified in OS/DB Migration Consultant and have expertise in MigMon and Distmon.

I have been following the HANA development closely and also enrolled in the openSAP classes. The classes are great but I think it is more oriented towards the Development. Being of Basis back-ground I want to understand how I can start getting myself prepared for this upcoming revolution.

Could you please guide me regarding the same and let me know regarding the certification which will be useful for Basis Admins

Hi Manas,

SAP HANA Technology associate is the Basis equivalent in HANA. You need to know a bit about data provisioning - ways to load data into HANA, but majority of the certification is based on Installation/Upgrade/Maintenance etc.
