How to create JCO RFC provider in single stack SAP PI 7.31 Java only

Dear All,

I am working on SAP CRM 7.0 (ABAP Proxy)  --> SAP PI 7.31 Java only --> FTP server scenario.

I want to create 2 JCO RFC destination for registered program in SAP PI 7.31 single stack JAVA only. The destination are

SAPSLDAPI_<PI SID> and     LCRSAPRFC_<PI SID>.

The same destination are created in CRM also but the program has to be registered in SAP PI 7.31 NWA  and these program has to be present through JCO RFC destination.

So now while creating the JCO RFC destination it asks for the parameters which is not similar to double stack.

So I have the following queries:

How to find the

1.Gateway Host, Gateway service >>>> I hope we can enter the same values of inboundRA used for IDoc communication.

2. I dont have any idea about the parameter and where to find the Application Server Host, System Number  and client of repository configuration tab?

Does all these parameters belong of SAP PI 7.31 or SAP CRM system??

Any tips, kindly share...

Regards

Rebecca

Hello,

There is no need to create LCRSAPRFC destination, only SAPSLDAPI is needed in CRM.

While creating JCO RFC destination in PI (SAPSLDAPI_*** for instance) put CRM system details under Gateway host and service.

Hi Rebecca,

To create RFC destinations: Go to Netweaver administration -->Configuration --> Infrastructure -> JCO RFC provider

You should create JCO RFC Provider for following

AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER

AI_VALIDATION_JCOSERVER

LCRSAPRFC

SAPSLDAPI

1.Gateway Host, Gateway service >>>> I hope we can enter the same values of inboundRA used for IDoc communication.

You can use T-Code: SMGW to find the gateway host and gateway service.

2. I dont have any idea about the parameter and where to find the Application Server Host, System Number  and client of repository configuration tab?

Login to SAP system. Then goto SYSTEM>STATUS you will get required  information.

Use T-code: SLICENSE to find the system number.

Hope it will helpful..
