hi
where i can use the spc/sqc chart and what is the difference between ichart and spc/sqc .
Take a look at the xMII documentation for a lot of examples of different iCharts and SPCCharts - maybe that will help to understand their capabilities: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_xmii115/helpdata/en/Applet_Reference_Details/Applet_Overview.htm#iChart

SQC/SPC stands for "Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process Control". These chart types include many features focused on statistical analysis of data, including control charts (commonly used in Six Sigma analyses), histograms (for analyzing distribution of data), and others.
These charts also include algorithms for "alarming" - including out-of-range alarms as well as "predictive" alarms.
The SPC charts also allow you to "annotate" or add comments to specific points on the chart such as description of a production problem, a corrective action, and son.
Best regards,
Rick

Krishna,
iChart is of various forms like Line chart, Bar chart, Pie Chart, Group bar, Horizantal bar chart, regression chart, etc.
iChart is a graphical way of showing details in a dashboard.
You can use a bar chart to show Yield and Scrap across Time and you can use a Pie chart to show sales specific to regions...
Depending on your requirements specific iCharts can be chosen
Regards,
Ajitha

An iChart gives you basic (ok, advanced) chart output.
SPC does that, but for quality charts, like XBAR and Histogram, but also has an SPC "engine" that calculates quality measures like Cp and Cpk.
The iSPCCharts also interface well with the Quality Portal, allowing the user to record comments on specific data points.
