Can ARE1 and ARE3 combined in one sales area

Hi Gurus

We are stucked with a problem. Our client has got one sales org, 4 distribution channels and one division. They have got same export, deemed export and factory sales from the same sales area. But I am not able to maintain default excise group for both exports and deemed exports. Can we tackle this situation?

Hi Sidhu,

As per the std, you can set the defaults ONLY for the below unique combintaion,

Sales Org.

Distr. Channel

Division

Shipping Point

Plant

Excise Group

Series Group

You can have the same sales org for ARE1 and ARE3.Pls try this in your test/dev system first.
