Hi,

     It is a very common requirement to have the print output from smartforms or sap scripts saved as a local PDF file in the front end. There is a standard program RSTXPDFT4 in SAP through which you can download your data in PDF format .

To use this create a spool request for the print and then goto SE38 then execute program RSTXPDFT4 then enter spool no. and click on execute to save its content as a PDF file in your local disk.

SAP has given other methods also to achieve the same refer below link for the same

Hello Mandy,

Select Purchase order Print Prieview option & add T code PDF!

system will save PO in PDF form.

program RSTXPDFT4 convert spool to pdf.

Once your spool is generated , copy the spool number in program and save on desired path

In SPAD, if your access method is F printing on front end computer, the printer used is the default printer of the front end machine. if you keep pdf printer ( dopdf etc ) as your default printer, you can take the print on your local drive in PDF.

You can third party software for pdf convert. or you can  create pdf1 printer and u will get pdf by mail
