CJ74 Save ALV Layout User-Specific Checkbox "greyed-out"

Hi,

I have been trying to resolve this issue all morning.

When running transaction CJ74 Display Project Line Items I want to save a layout for all users.

When I do this, the user-specific checkbox is greyed out and switched on and I therefore cannot create a layout for all users.

If I do the same thing with a user account that has SAP_ALL, the checkbox is not greyed-out.

This leads me to believe that it is authorization object related. I have assigned S_ALV_LAYO activity 23 but still no difference.

I have traced a user and check all the authorizaion checks, nothing seems to be a problem there.

Does anyone know what other authorization object needs to be assigned so that the user-specific checkbox is not greyed-out.

In other ALV's (cost centres etc) I do not have this problem, only on CJ74.

This has been resolved. There was a user exit that was checking for a particlar role and setting the checkbox based on that. Looks like it was implemented before the S_ALV_LAYO object was available in 4.6C. It wasn't SAP_ALL related at all, it was just another role.
