Hi,
We run report via ITS on the portal and upgraded to Win 8 / IE 10 . The following is not working :
- When we click on get Variant , the window do not open with the Variant selection
- In all the fields with a Search Help , we click on the Search Help and nothing is displayed.
Hello Christophe, Please check the Product Availability Matrix to be sure that IE 10 is supported with your Basis and Kernel versions.
You may just need to update your kernel or Basis SP. If you continue to have issues please let us know what Basis SP and Kernel your system is on or open a support ticket.
