Order is incompleate at item level and not allowing for deleivery.

Hi Gurus,

After createing an order and doing delivery from order all item are not pulled into delivery , in the delivery log it says item is incompleate. and when you go into order and check incompleation log it shows document is compleate at header level, but at item level in the overview screen against discription, status is incompleate .

issue is when we go to VA02 and save the same order again with out doing any changes, at item level in the overview screen status against discription is becomming compleate automatically and the same item is pulled in the delivery .

I have checked stock, is available for at plant and Storage location level.

this issue is not happening for a single material..every day one or two orders are having this issue with different materials.

Could you check and advice do you use Status profile in your Item?

If you are going to detail of Incpmplete Item, which status is incomplete in Item Status Tab.

You will find there Over all status, Delivery status, and System status.

Check and advice.

check in customizing SD if there is an incompletion log assigned to the item category of your sales order item. If yes you can removed it, but there should be a reason for having it on item level, so you have to be carefull.

Check also what are the field in the incomplete procedure that is assigned to your item category.

check delivery due date .. also check incompletion procedure at item level and check which fields are activated for incompletion check
