Please give more details such as where / on which transaction you faced this issue, what is the error message, give the detailed error message with message number and diagnosis.
Thank you for your reply. We were not able to re-create the issue as the plan was deactivated. Hopefully we will not see this in the future. If we do, I will recreate a problem thread with the correct information. Thank you
